Legacy compatibility whole-frame wire format using the generated
UMessage Protocol Buffers envelope.
This envelope projects native frames through legacy UMessage, so it is
not full-fidelity: frames whose payload encoding has no legacy
UPayloadFormat equivalent are rejected. Use NativeUFrameEnvelope
for lossless transport of native frames over ordinary byte channels.
